RETURN – EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

You have the right to return a defective product within 14 calendar days, justifying the reason for the return. The returned product must be in its original condition, and you will not incur any return shipping costs.

If you are not satisfied with something or it does not fit, you have the right to request a replacement of the product at your own expense.

In the case of a non-defective product, refunds are not possible.

To ensure a return is feasible, the following must be met:

  1. The product being returned must be in the condition it was received, meaning it should be complete, undamaged, with its packaging as normally provided, including all labels/tags, necessary documents, etc., and in any case, it must not have been used, and
  2. The product being returned must be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (retail receipt & return slip).

Conversely, if the return/exchange is due to proven product defects, you can replace it with a new product, and the shipping costs for the new product will be covered by the company.

The company is liable for compensation in case of lack of agreed properties or existence of defects, only if this has been caused by its fault. Any damage suffered by the product during its return to us is solely your responsibility.

To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you carefully check the condition of the products being sold and the integrity of their packaging and labels at the moment of delivery of your order to identify any visible defects.

For your better service, it is necessary to send an email to info@karko.gr stating the reason for the return of the product (defective product, wrong product, etc.).

After completing the Return Form and having already sent an email to our Company (info@karko.gr), place the Form along with the product inside the return packaging. Once we receive the product and confirm its marketable condition, the processing of your request will begin immediately.

Refunds to the customer will be made using the same method that was used for the original transaction. Specifically, in the case of charging via credit card: if the price has been paid to the COMPANY by the Bank up to the point of withdrawal and return of the item, the COMPANY will be obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction, and the bank will carry out all necessary actions as per the agreement established with the customer. The company bears no responsibility for the time and manner of executing the reversal, which is governed by the aforementioned agreement. The process of reversing charges (full or partial) on credit cards is carried out as the card was charged. If the charge was made in a lump sum, the refund will be made in a lump sum, while if the charge was in installments, then the refund will also be made in installments.
